At Aesthetic, we want checkout to feel simple, safe, and stress-free. This page explains the payment methods we accept, how your payment is protected, and what to expect when you place an order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), internet banking, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders inside Bangladesh.
2. Mobile Banking
You can pay securely with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket at checkout. You will be redirected to your payment provider to confirm the payment with your PIN or OTP. Once confirmed, your order is placed automatically.
3. Cards and Internet Banking
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as selected internet banking options. Your card details are entered on a secure payment page and are never stored on our website.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for most orders inside Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives. For larger orders, we may ask for a small advance payment through mobile banking to confirm the order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, belongs to Aesthetic and may not be copied or used without written permission.
6. Payment Security
All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Your payment information is processed through secure, trusted payment partners and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your payment details, ever.
7. Billing Information
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Please make sure your name and contact number are correct so we can confirm your order.
8. Payment Verification
For your safety, some orders may need extra verification, such as an OTP, a confirmation call, or a message from our team. This helps us protect you from unauthorized payments. Orders may be held briefly until verification is complete.
9. Order Confirmation and Charges
Your payment is processed when you place your order. You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS once it is successful. If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually refunded by your bank or provider within 5 to 7 business days.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
